We are coming in hot to the explosive fight between Sutton Stracke and Erika Jayne Girardi. Erika threatens Sutton and asks, "Do you want to be sued?". In her confessional, Erika alludes that ex-Tom Girardi would sue over public speculation about his health. Kyle Richards puts on her second face and explains to Erika that when she infers Sutton could be sued for being around this situation, it legitimizes Sutton's legal concerns that prompted their secret meeting in the first place. In her confession, Dorit Kemsley says that because they have been dragged into the drama, and if Erika is being serious, then they do have something to be worried about. Dorit tells Erika that when she makes threats like that it makes them all uncomfortable. Erika tells the group she's about to lose her temper with them, and Garcelle Beauvais tells her to not do it. Kathy Hilton, who is still hosting this train wreck of a dinner party, gives the orchestra conductor hand signal to calm Erika down. Once she composes herself, Erika tells Sutton she's "coming for her", if Sutton continues to call her a liar. After threatening, or in Erika's words, "promising" Sutton, Sutton walks off. Kathy tries to get her to come back but Sutton says she will not sit at a dinner where she is being threatened. Garcelle goes outside to support her friend and Kyle follows. Kyle tries to tell Sutton that it's not a big deal, and Garcelle, the best friend we all want to have, scolds Kyle for instigating the drama between Erika and Sutton in the first place. They tell Sutton not to leave, but she gets in her car anyway. Meanwhile, Crystal Minkoff agrees with Erika and says she would've reacted the same way if someone had called her a liar. Lisa Rinna acts surprised that Sutton was uncomfortable enough to leave. She must have missed the dinner while time traveling from 1981 in her zoot suit. In her confessional, Kyle says she has seen Erika go off on many people, but as Sutton's friend it's disappointing to see her back down instead of standing up to Erika. (Perhaps, Sutton would have an easier time standing up for herself if Kyle stopped throwing her under the bus.)
Garcelle is hosting Rinna at her house. Garcelle shares that Rinna and Harry Hamlin dropped off pasta sauce after the birthday dinner Rinna hosted for Garcelle. (The one of ugly leather pants fame.) Rinna asks Garcelle to fill her in about last night because she was too drunk to recall. Rinna had missed Erika threatening Sutton, seriously. Garcelle says that she's hosting a Haitian dinner for the women. Garcelle tells Rinna that she feels their is a divide in the group and that as her friend, Rinna doesn't really have her back. She points to the fight in La Quinta and the fight Dorit picked with her at Rinna's launch party as times that Rinna could have had Garcelle's back and chose not to. In her confessional, Rinna adds that she backs whatever she views as the truth. In person, Rinna complains that Garcelle doesn't give a follow up thank you text to Rinna's nice gestures, even after Garcelle thanks her in person.
At Bonhams, Sutton meets Kyle for some shopping. They are previewing items before they go on auction. Sutton and Kyle begin to argue. Kyle calls Sutton two-faced for not expressing her view to Erika. Sutton tries to explain that Erika didn't want to talk, but Kyle talks over her. Sutton jabs at Kyle that she talks "too much like Dorit". Kyle tries to explain that Sutton needed to be more honest. Sutton tells Kyle that no one as said more to Erika then her. In her confessional, Sutton says that she thinks part of the reason why the women are pushing her to talk is because they want answers from Erika, too, but are too afraid to ask. Sutton tells Kyle that she thinks they are all scared of Erika. Kyle says she's not scared of Erika. Sutton says if someone got in your face like that, you'd be scared. They leave things off with Sutton demoting Kyle to a "friend", in quotation marks, and Kyle calling Sutton weak.
PK is popping off a bottle of champagne for a date night with Dorit. Dorit begins a longwinded toast that leaves PK straining to keep his attention. Dorit is hosting a launch party for her new bridal line. PK asks about Erika and questions why Erika hasn't mentioned how horrible it is for the victims. We flashback to a scene with Dorit and Kyle talking about her latest Instagram ads for a lingerie brand. PK corrects Dorit that it is not alleged that Tom has stolen money, but it is alleged that Tom is senile. PK says her response is the worst possible way to go about things, regardless of making money, she needs to alter her image and public perception.
Garcelle is hosting her Haitian dinner for the women. Erika has her glam squad get her ready. Kyle calls her daughter Portia to bring her an angled eyeshadow brush. Rinna is the first to arrive and Garcelle isn't even ready yet. Garcelle makes a bet that Dorit will be last to arrive, Rinna says Kathy. Dorit takes that as a jab. Kathy cancels last minute. The women sit down for dinner and Garcelle shares her food and culture with the women. Rinna is making a big deal about actually eating the food because she wants to make the effort to mend things with Garcelle. In her confessional, Garcelle shares that the first American friend she brought home to have dinner with her and her family, left when they saw a goat's head in the sink. Sutton apologizes for calling Kyle her "friend". After dinner, Garcelle passes out coats to use as blankets. Dorit, Erika, and Rinna leave after the conversation gets awkward. Sutton tells Garcelle that she doesn't expect an apology. Kyle says that on the contrary, Erika is expecting an apology. Crystal reveals that Erika said there is not a path towards reconciliation between her and Sutton. Kyle says that it's too awkward to have two women not speak to each other and they have to mend things, even if it's just superficially. Crystal disagrees. In her confessional, Crystal says that there is no need to keep bringing it up to cause more pain. They all agree to leave things where they are.
