The women of Salt Lake City are back and fighting at a lake. Meredith Marks is still trying to walk away from the Ice Fishing Expedition after another failed attempt to reconcile with Jen Shah. Jen is still deflecting that she doesn’t run her Twitter and can’t understand why liking mean tweets is a big deal if someone else runs her account. Whitney Rose tries to explain that when you like a mean tweet it’s akin to agreeing with the negative things being said in that tweet. Heather Gay tries to show Jen that she’s in the wrong but Jen keeps repeating that they won’t pin “that” on her. Lisa Barlow takes Jen’s backpack and puts in on, a tactic even Heather admires, to get Jen to stay. Lisa tries to explain that Brooks has never spoken about his sexuality and it's hurtful for her to do so. While Jen is screaming that Meredith is using her as a scapegoat for something imaginary, Lisa picks up the tennis bracelet that fell off of Jen’s flailing arms. Jen throws it away on the ice and Lisa draws a hardline in what is tolerable behavior from Jen. “Where I draw the line, is when people start throwing diamonds.” Lisa finds the $70,000 bracelet and hands it off to Stuart, Jen’s first assistant. Heather has to leave and is upset she’ll miss the rest of the drama. Whitney asks Lisa why she wants to protect Jen and Lisa tries to explain she wants to help Jen understand Meredith’s pain. Whitney starts a conspiracy theory that Lisa doesn’t have ears. Stuart tries to reason with Jen, but she fights with him. Jen finally apologizes to Meredith and says she’ll handle her Twittter with her people.
Jen and Stuart walk Jen’s dogs and Stuart makes Jen pick up the poop.
Lisa visits her friend Sarajane and we meet her friend Angie Harrington. Angie is hosting a charity event for Encircle and Whitney will be there. Lisa explains that Angie and Whitney are friends and now “cousins”.
Meredith meets with Mary Cosby, who is also going to the charity event. It will be the first time Jen and Mary are around each other and Mary hopes the energy will be good. Meredith tells Mary that Jen did a partial apology and made intentions to reach out to her son Brooks.
Whitney meets with Angie. Both are descendants of Shadrach Roundy. In her confessional, Whitney gives a PSA for Utahns to do their genealogy and not date their second cousins. Angie shares with her that Lisa said not to acknowledge that she is cousins with Whitney. Angie’s caterer cancel on her before her charity event and Whitney says that Lisa is sabotaging her event because those are her caterers and Lisa is mad they’re friends.
At the Encircle charity event, Mary tries to scale a banister to get away from Jen. Whitney gets annoyed that Lisa gives the first and bigger hello to Jennie Nguyen. Lisa makes a comment that the worst thing is a party with no food. Angie shares that since their second child is transgender their family is no longer Mormon and won't be until it’s a place for everyone. Jen sits down with Mary and they pinky promise that their friendship is going in the right place. Mary says that the door is open but she has a screen door in front of it and it has an electric current running thru it. Angie pulls Lisa aside and confronts her about the caterers dropping out. Angie tries to take a shot at Lisa’s friendship with Meredith. Lisa runs and grabs Meredith, and also confusingly asks Jen to join her. Jen is also confused about being dragged in. Meanwhile, Heather teaches Mary her angles to make her nose slimmer. Whitney comes in to join the fight and Lisa grows more upset. Lisa thinks that Whitney is trying to set her up. Whitney confronts Lisa about asking Angie to not follow her on social media and Lisa corrects her that she was asking Angie why she would pursue a friendship with somebody who has it out for her. To end the episode, Lisa cries and tells Angie she is heartbroken and leaves.
